Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PinPoint ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Important: Medical Disclaimer

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

PinPoint is a tracking and calculator tool only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Specifically:

  • The calculator performs unit conversions only. It does not recommend dosages, treatment protocols, or compound selections. The reconstitution calculator converts between mass, volume, and syringe units. The dose calculator converts a desired dose to syringe units given a known concentration. These are mathematical operations, not medical recommendations.
  • Estimated compound levels are mathematical models, not measurements. The pharmacokinetic charts in PinPoint use a one-compartment mathematical model based on published population-average data (half-life, bioavailability, and time-to-peak values from FDA Clinical Pharmacology Reviews and peer-reviewed literature). These estimates do not account for individual variation in metabolism, body composition, injection technique, compound purity, or any other factor. They are approximations only.
  • Compound information is educational, not prescriptive. The compound library contains published pharmacokinetic data for reference. The inclusion of a compound in the library does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation for its use.
  • Always consult your healthcare provider. Before starting, modifying, or discontinuing any medical treatment, medication, or supplement, you must consult with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on PinPoint for medical decisions.
  • You are solely responsible for your health decisions. The Developer is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the App, your interpretation of data displayed in the App, or any decisions you make based on information in the App.

Description of Service

PinPoint provides:

  • Reconstitution and dose unit-conversion calculators
  • Dose logging and history tracking
  • Injection site rotation tracking
  • Schedule management
  • Estimated compound level visualization (based on published pharmacokinetic models)
  • Daily metrics tracking (weight, nutrition, side effects)
  • Data export (PDF, CSV, JSON)
  • Apple Health data import (read-only, with your permission)
  • iCloud sync (via Apple's CloudKit)

Subscriptions and Purchases

PinPoint Pro subscription

Some features require a PinPoint Pro subscription. Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms for auto-renewable subscriptions.

Pricing

  • Monthly: $9.99/month
  • Annual: $39.99/year with 7-day free trial

Prices may change. Current pricing is always displayed in the App before purchase.

Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Free trial: if offered, any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation

  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple: support.apple.com/HT204084

The following features are available without a subscription and will always remain free:

  • Reconstitution calculator
  • Dose calculator
  • Unlimited dose logging
  • One active schedule
  • Injection site rotation
  • Calendar view
  • Daily metrics logging
  • Side effect logging
  • Daily notes
  • Basic vial inventory
  • Compound library browsing

Your Data

Ownership

You own your data. All data you enter into PinPoint belongs to you.

Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Export

You may export your data at any time in PDF, CSV, or JSON format.

Deletion

Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. iCloud data can be managed through your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the App to provide medical advice to others
  • Redistribute or resell access to the App

Intellectual Property

PinPoint, its design, code, content, and branding are the intellectual property of Elysium Technology FZ-LLC. All rights reserved. The pharmacokinetic data used in the App is sourced from publicly available FDA and peer-reviewed publications and is cited within the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
  • Calculations will be free of errors (always verify critical calculations independently)
  • Estimated compound levels will be accurate for any individual
  • The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any health decisions made based on information displayed in the App
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in calculations or estimates
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Any third-party conduct related to the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
