Peptide reconstitution calculator
Reconstitution is the vial setup math that turns a dry compound amount and added BAC water into a measurable concentration. Enter your own vial, water, and dose values to calculate the draw volume. This page performs unit conversion only.

How the math works
Concentration = vial amount mg / BAC water mL
Draw volume = desired dose mg / concentration mg per mL
U-100 units = draw volume mL x 100
[ FAQ ]
What does this calculator do?
It converts the vial amount, BAC water volume, and dose you enter into concentration, draw volume, U-100 syringe units, and doses per vial.
Does it recommend a dose?
No. It only calculates from values you provide. It does not provide dosing guidance, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
What are U-100 syringe units?
On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units equals 1 mL. The calculator converts draw volume in mL into that scale.
Can I enter micrograms or IU?
Yes. Use the mg, mcg, or IU toggle beside the dose field, and mg or IU for the vial. Matching vial and dose units always work. Converting between IU and mg requires a compound with a listed IU factor in the PinPoint library.
Why is the compound picker optional?
The calculator works manually. The picker only helps load compound names and vial reference fields from the PinPoint library.
PinPoint is a tracking and calculation tool only. It does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider.
