Subscription or "I paid but Pro is locked" question? PinPoint has no accounts, so include your Support ID and we can find your purchase. In the app, open Settings → About → Support ID and tap it to copy. (The in-app Contact Support button fills this in for you automatically.) Your Support ID is anonymous and is not tied to your name or email.

What can I do for free?

The reconstitution and dose calculators are free forever. You can also log unlimited doses, keep one active schedule, browse the compound library, rotate injection sites, log daily metrics and side effects, and track basic vial inventory without paying anything.

What does PinPoint Pro unlock?

Estimated levels and PK charts on every dose, multiple active schedules with reminders, Apple Health and iCloud sync, cost analysis, Home Screen widgets, data export, and themes. Pro is $9.99/month or $39.99/year with a 7-day free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through your Apple ID. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone, tap PinPoint, and tap Cancel Subscription. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple at support.apple.com/HT204084.

How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new device?

Open PinPoint, go to the paywall (Settings → PinPoint Pro or any Pro-gated feature), and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Where is my data stored?

Everything stays on your device by default. If you turn on iCloud sync (Pro feature), your data is synced through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. We run no servers of our own and never see your dose logs, schedules, or notes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do you collect any analytics?

Only anonymous, aggregate usage analytics to help us improve the app, never your dose logs, protocol, or health data, and never anything tied to your identity. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

How do I export my data?

Open Settings → Export / Delete Data. You can export your logs, schedules, metrics, side effects, vials, and daily notes as PDF, CSV, or JSON.

Why does PinPoint ask for Apple Health permission?

With your permission, PinPoint reads weight, water intake, and nutrition totals from Apple Health to populate your daily metrics. If you grant body-mass write permission, PinPoint can also save new weight entries that you create in the app back to Apple Health. PinPoint does not write dose logs, medication records, protocol data, notes, side effects, or compound information to Apple Health. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → PinPoint.

Are the estimated levels medical advice?

No. The pharmacokinetic charts in PinPoint are mathematical models based on published population-average data (half-life, bioavailability, time-to-peak). They are approximations, not measurements, and they do not account for individual variation. PinPoint is a calculator and tracking tool only. Always consult your healthcare provider for any medical decision.

I deleted the app and reinstalled — where's my data?

Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. If you had iCloud sync enabled (Pro), your data will reappear when you sign in to iCloud and re-enable sync in PinPoint. Without iCloud sync, locally deleted data cannot be recovered.
